PathSync crashes every time with enough files. Maybe around 200 000 (I have about 300 000 files on one drive, all other drives do contain less files and PathSync works OK), I can't test the exact file count. PathSync is the best free filesyncer I've found but that crash makes it partially unusable for me. Does it work for someone else with many files? XP Pro SP3, 8 GB RAM (XP sees 3.5 GB).

Has anyone found a method to stop this crash? This is a wonderful app, but this bug is a show stopper...

Try syncing subtrees in more than one pass? Depending on how the files are distributed in the directory tree you could cut the number of files in half...and even run them in parallel.
