You cant go "4.37" cause then you might be a couple MB short or a couple MB long.. which is what we dont want. But the targetsectors setting cannot force your encode to come out that size if you're using the tools wrong. If this is your first movie then you're most probably using it wrong.

That is right, but DVD-RB output may vary +/- 10MB, so it is safe to go with 4.36GB.

No, it's not. wmansir just advised you to pull the size to 4.36GB MAX. You're showing settings of 4.37, thus have ignored the warnings. It's not a language problem anymore, you're just being plain stubborn.
