Hey Boulder, Thanks. Do I need enable the drop frame flag if my file is 23.976 fps progressive? Or do I only need to do that when my source is 29.976 fps interlaced? Thanks again.

I don't know anything about that, my knowledge of NTSC stuff is very limited..
