hi guys im wanting to change my oil is there a differant prodcedure for turbos or is it just normal drop oil replace fillter and fill it up thanks guys

exactly the same, although oil filter is marginally more tricky to get to

On almost every car I've worked on, I've been able to remove the old oil filter by hand. I must have a strong grip :)

Could it be the extra heat from the turbo causing the filter's sealing ring to stick to the mounting? Of all the oil filters I've encountered in the 10 or so years I have serviced my own cars, I've found the OE Volvo ones to be the most pleasant to deal with, both in terms of access and ease of removal/fitting :)
