is there any way I can get Pro Tools to do that... 1 long wave file - - but make many cd tracks out of it, i.e. markers on that TRACK for many CD tracks. I know other programs do it, such as samplitude etc. on the P.C. and perhaps wave burner pro(?). What way in PRO TOOLS can I do this. Or what real cheap but good program can I use for this very simple procedure?? Thanks much Sha-Rone

Don't forget to burn it disc-at-once so that it doesn't pause beetween tracks.

WaveBurner Pro will do this- It works quite well and supports the Apple CD/RW drives. Emagic makes it. Charles

If your burning software won't recognize regions, you can separate the regions in Protools and then "export regions as files".

I use Waveburner Pro to do this every day. It's a ery simple program to use and it creates redbook cds
