It's any guides for encoding anime here or something else ?

Welcome to the forums :) I haven't seen any anime specific guide around (at least updated ones, I could always be wrong), but you should check the RealAnime threads for an easy gui and anime specific settings discussion.

While we're at it, is there a place to start with RA ? I'm quite interested in it (I'm encoding lots of Anime stuff) but reading the whole thread is a bit too much for me and I'm a bit confused with all the setings in RA.

Yup, you heard it straight from the maker itself. :) You don't need to read everything on the thread. The first post should be enough info for you to encode in RA.

Best use bitrate, so filesize is constant. Also, no CQ in RA5 ;)
