Watching uk news all night, looks like Obama is gonna get in :) A black us president :)

ALLELUIA!:D * Big Sigh Of Relief!* We could not have stood four more years under another Republican president especially one who thinks exactly like the moron who currently holds the office. don't get me wrong I pray for our president on a regular basis that he make wise decisions but for the most part GWB did not use much wisdom and he had too much of a personal agenda to serve the people of this nation however, (even though I voted for Bush the first time around) that does not change the fact he is the worst president we have had in the history in the USA JMHO. I also think McCain Is a Great American Patriot who Served his country to his utmost but I think he would not serve this nation well as President (also JMHO) I think President Elect Obama is going to be a Great President!

I thought I'd find dozens of pages of conversation on the subject. We are on the sixth page on a Finnish musicians forum! US elections actually touches me a lot more than the Finnish one did. USA is a huge and influential country and I think it makes a huge difference to have a president that can easily be liked around the globe. Besides, he seems to grab the important problems in a more senseful manner. I actually wished I could've voted. No matter, the outcome was the same. E: The 24 analogy has come to mind, but man I hope this doesn't end the same way!

Yep, i'm delighted :) Hey I would like to live in Finland, a bit cold there, but they very rarely get involved in stupid wars. Plus, the women there are stunningly beautiful :)
