This small template has now been renamed SliceSampler and is available on Stash: I have reassigned the note numbers to be sequencial and reworked the JS to assign a specific note as a 'note-off' key. I hope people have fun with this. Thanks, Martin

this thing is way cool mxb. three thumbs up. i've never used anything like this before, but i'm having fun with it. i have some friends who will probably flip out when i show them this. edit: i guess the volume can't be adjusted while a sample/loop is in play with samplomatic5000.
this setup is great. i had a problem at 1st with my mpd24 but i figured it out and is working great with the pads and my midi keyboard thanks homie. Update: ok im still having a small problem with the pads. keys work fine but for reason on the pads the sound wont hold unless i hold the pad. im wondering what am i doing wrong? Update: ok i finally figured it out.
would there be any way to set this up, possibly by editing the MIDI plugin, whereby you could set a sample to loop, and then if you hit the same note again, it would toggle off? currently, if you hit the note again, it triggers the sample again back from the start. also, would it be possible on top of this to make it so you can play other non looped samples, while the looped sample is still going? so you can make it specific which samples are being latched and which arn't?
i think i'd like/use kontakt more if i had a computer specifically running kontakt, w/ a monitor running at way low resolution. why do some designers looove to make humongous GUIs w/ teeny text?
