I know bandwith has been an issue so I would like to suggest a partial solution. , a gnutella client, is capable of creating links to the gnutella network and finding the exact file the link was created for (verified with SHA1 hash). By creating these web links, and possibly including the doom9 url as a permenant location, doom9 can save a goog deal on bandwith and still provide the same access to its files.
