Disable UAC before installing BSPlayer. BSPlayer doesn't have the right to write it's configuration file into the install folder.

Hi, My UAC set to NEVER and I still get that error message. please help... already re installed twice!

When installing: Config files put in user folder, not installation folder. :wink:
