By any chance has anyone bought or seen one of these?

Not seen one myself, and it can't be as good as the realVolvo one, but the Volvo one is many pennies as I remember, if it is even still available. Looking further down the sales blurb, it says that it is made by Cannon, so it should be of reasonable quality, they've been making car mats for decades. Looks a good price too. I wonder if Cannon have actually stopped making them, and someone has bought up a load of old stock to sell on ebay?

Its a shame that the listing has only a generic picture. I used to have one of the`rigid Volvo ones in my old estate - it was as tough as old boots but I had a heck of a job gaining easy access to the two storage compartments underneath - I thought that this might be easier!

I doubt whether they protect the sides and rear seat. There are a number of companies that make liners that do though, such as: Ive had the above bookmarked for a few years now - when I first looked on their site they listed the 240 estate as an option for tailer made seat covers and liners etc. Ive just looked and it no longer appears on the list - only the newer (Ford) type Volvos. I guess they could still supply one as they must still have the original patterns. The rigid plastic Volvo liners are becoming increasingly difficult to find. When I sold mine on ebay a couple of years ago a chap drove up from Devon to collect it. Interestingly I had first put it on the forum but no one wanted it! I am going to email the ebay supplier with a couple of questions - if I learn anything useful I will post it here. Ian

Just had the following response from the ebay seller: "Hi, this is a generic fit mat. Measures 143cm wide by 110cm deep.m Please measure your area and get back to me. Thanks"

Ive seen the odd one on e-bay, the last one was in York for a tenner and it wasn't bought! Cant remember the seller. If I see one Ill post it, if I remember. (lol) But the rigid one prevents access to the storage compartments in a big way, ie, drag everything out to get to the AtoZ.
