You must have an external preamp for 3-8, You can look in AMS or something like it, and find some pretty low cost multichannel preamps, or another quick way to do it is if you have a mixer, you can use the inserts on the channels as channel outs and use those as your preamps

Go to 'Setups' - 'Hardware Setup', and you'll find trim controls for inputs 3-8. This will allow you to adjust the gain from -14dB to +7dB and should allow more than adequate adjustment to match your mixer.
