Got a 1994 850 2.3 20v Turbo New Cam sensor fitted new coil also fitted still no joy. Got live feed both sides of coil and coil not switching.Also found no live feed to control relay above radiator, Is this fused anywhere? thanks for any help u can give

Relay 

When you say you dont have a live to the relay above the radiator, what relay are you talking about as there are 2. One is for the cooling fans and the other for the fuel injectors. Your main (largest) red wire going to the right most relay, goes from the relay, down the wiring loom, through a fuseable link and connects to the end of the starter motor. Hope this helps. Earthing of the coil 

Just as quick five minute check. Run a temporary earth strap from the negative side of the battery to the silver backplane of the ignition coil and ignition amplifer and try. There is a earth stud on the suspension tower near the ignition coil. Try cleaning this up. I don't think it earths the coil but just in case it does it is worth five minutes work. I hope it is something simple like a bad earth. I know this does give trouble with the coil. Regards.

Thank for ya coments. I have clened the earth and run another wire for the coil but still the same. Im pretty sure its a loom problem but as ive told customer the cost to find and rectify will proberly come to more that the cars worth. If you could email me a wiring diagram would be very grateful.
