Anyone else having huge latency problems with reaverb?

I can't get reaverb to work without(approx)500 milliseconds of latency, no matter how many modules I have loaded. I have used this once before (a while back) and it was fine but now I am having problems. I have downloaded the new alpha release, maybe that's causing the problem (I don't know). Anyone have any suggestions?

Ok everythings working fine now, I had to reinstall reaper.

Just enable "ZL".

Dstruct if I tick ZL latency does not change. I have to reload my project to make it happen, do you know why?
