I have a DVD9. It is interlaced and definitely PAL to NTSC converted. Is there any way I can deinterlace a DVD9 (IVTC process) to a DVD9 format again? Then from the de-interlaced DVD9 I will do CCEing...via DVD-RB. I would like to use the LeakKernelBob & Repal filters on it...

I have absolutely NO idea how to IVTC this in that client. You can't. Unblending it (not IVTCing) will change the framerate and DVD-RB won't react well. Use the RePAL filter and do it manually.
