Hi all, For some odd reason I cant seem to stop doing these tunes, latest one is Brad Paisley's Mr Policeman. Recorded with Reaper (obviously :)) up in the attic, guitars are all Tele. Some nasty mistakes in the voices but I decided to leave them that way. Enjoy :)

Great playing. What amp or ampsim did you use with your Tele? Pete

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated :) As for the ampsim, I use Guitar Rig 4 and on this song I used three of the default Country presets: - Country Twang Clean - MC - Comp Plex Driven - MC - Country Citrus - MC All three of these presets are really very good and imho GR4 is definitly an improvement on the previous version (which wasnt bad to start with) For the solo's I usually create an inputtrack which gets routed to two different tracks, both using the same GR preset, panned left and right (not hard, probably around 60% or so) with one of the tracks set to slightly delay the input and a lot of reverb after the ampsim. I recorded a (completly different style :)) testtrack a while ago which demonstrates this method a lot more audible ( The first few introbars are actually two guitars in harmony, the remainder is a single guitar)
