Well after spending 8 hours a day since last Tuesday on this, we just got off the phone with Digi Tech Support and this IS a bug in 6.2.2. They are now just aware of it and hopefully can get a fix...................
Don't know if it is specific to HD since we don't have a Mix System anymore Jim. If you aren't having the above problems, then maybe it might be. Check out my 1st post. Take care.
I'm on an 001 (le) it's got to be in the software, maybe just in certain configurations. But i'm definately having that same exact problems as you describe in your first post too. Anyway I've just been doing a lot more scrubbing than spotting to frame in the edit window.
1) Yes the bug affect the movie track in the edit window, where you can view frames/blocks. All that's happpening is that the frames don't match the playback. So when your looking at the frames in the edit window movie track they don't corralate to the timecode. The playback is fine. So if you don't use the movie track, and you usully have it set to blocks(i usually do the same) this bug won't affect you at all. I hope that makes it a little clearer. Except for this little bug, I'm really loving 6.2.2. BTW I'm using Quicktime Pro Version 6.4 or something like that. The most recent version I believe.
thnx for the clarification. So, if I am ready to move to 6.2.2 I should not have anything to worry about BTW, quicktime is now version 6.5 but I heard 6.4 had some issues, so i am still using the previous stable version (6.3 I think) Regards
