Since my rig has BIG problems finding the Wav-drivers I have had a lot of help from the MME helper - thanks Rail, but there are still some programs I can't grip with this: Boesendorfer 290 in the standalone mode, and the VSC3 that is a part of Band-in-the Box. The install of the VSC3 stops everytime and just states that it doesn't find any wav-drivers - are there any workarounds?

All MME Helper does is add the executable name to a list in the registry... once you add the program name to the registry if you don't have any option to select the Digidesign hardware inside the application.. look in the program's folder for any additional EXE files which may work... if that still doesn't help and enabling the Digidesign hardware for the system sounds doesn't help... then it's likely that the WaveDriver won't work with that program. I just re-formatted my computer and about have everything back in and cleaned up nice about ready to update to 6.4 with my 001 on XP and hopefully SP2 will work . I'm tryin to get Windows Media Player 10 to work with the MME helper,like I had it working before and I'm having no luck. I see the wmplayer.exe in the "Opt in" list but I'm not getting any sound out of my monitors. Can someone please give me some help with this problem? Thank you. DJ

Do you have the 001 selected as default audio device in Sounds and Audio devices in the control panel?

Oops. I did not...LOL!!! I had only been using REASON by itself since I did this format with the ASIO driver. Thanks Bazzle. DJ
