OSX Midi Region Move Timing Error 

Mac G5 Dual 1.8, 3 Gig Ram OSX 10.5.8 Reaper 3.1 3.101, 3.102 Could someone check this please to verify? 1. Recorded a simple midi track of piano or any sound starting at measure 2 2. Quantize it to 16ths, all is well, sounds great!! 3. Drag the region to measure 1 and the first beat of the first bar is all hosed up and out of time, missing the first beat somewhat and it sounds like it takes a couple of seconds for Reaper to catch up to the midi. Make sure snap is on when you move the region to measure one Ive tried this same procedure in Protools LE 8cs3 and Cubase 4.5.2, no issue Thanks

Workaround: 1. Set pre-roll on playback to 1 measure or 2. Start recording at measure 2
