in a nutshell, support engine from above, and unbolt the 4 bolts below holding it to the body!! thats after releasing all the lower engine mounts, lower suspension wishbones, trackrod ends etc!! i removed mine about 2 years ago when i replaced my crank rear main - i dont recall that bit of the job being that difficult but i had car on a 2 poster ramp new bolts were pretty cheap too i might have some photos somewhere too......
