Hi, I also tried everything, but nothing works. I did notice that when you make an .AVS of every CELL seperatly, you get AC3 streams with different delays, sometimes 2 or 3 CELLS have the same delay. I made of every CELL a seperate .AVI and they were all 100% in sync but when i tried to join those (i think 32) files things got messed up again. I someone knows a ways to join those files ? I tried Nandub, Virtualdub, VirtualdubMOD, avi-join (i think) and more. My last hope might be OGG. I'll try that a soon as possible and post the result.

What's the layout of the ifo? Maybe you can do a vobid/cellid demux and then reauthor it?

There is a audioless cell, probably in layer break that causes this. Its easy to spot it right away. U r looking for a cell of 12 or 13 frames long. Demux to 2 parts taking into account this spot when reauthoring.
