Good morning everyone, have any of you found any significant performance tweaks for windows 7? seems to have alot of services running, but not much cpu hit. just installed it and a vista driver for my MA 24/96. reaper runs fine, audio is good as well. just looking for whatever (if any) more horsepower i can get.

So far, same as other Windows OS': Optimize for background services, don't install unnecessary stuff... etc.

MS has actually worked pretty hard to improve audio performance. This article is more geared towards avoiding glitches while watching videos or doing other stuff, but who knows? Maybe it applies to ASIO as well :D
