i get the same error as you ! the is a simple way to bypass it :go to frameserver tab, choose to edit as part of video encoding, then dont select NTSC to PAL, let d2s to work until it stops to edit the script, then add this line: AssumeFPS(25,1,True) after the source or the ConvertToYUY2() line. works here !

@DSPGuru I'm using the BeSweet included in the DVD2SVCD 1.0.9B3 bundle. The bundle says it's version 1.3b12 but when it's executed the version is 1.4b12. How do I remove the part of the commandline when it's executed automatically by DVD2SVCD. Do u mean I should check the "Audio 1 downsample 48->44.1 in the "Audio" tab? @clixomano Thanks 4 the tip I will be sure to give it a try. I'll post the results here when done.

@DSPGuru, Thanks for ur input. The .bat file worked successfully and created an usable output. I then used the recovery function of DVD2SVCD and the rest went troublefree. There's only one problem. I did a 3 CD DivX->SVCD conversion and audio is not in synch on CD 2 and 3. I'll investigate that further but if u have some helpful tips it would be much appreciated. Also if it's not too technical why did the removal of the command "-ssrc( --rate 48000 )" solve the problem? @clixomano Ur tip didn't work out. But I'm gonna give it another go 2morrow just to make sure I didn't miss something.
