Hello again. After my rear crank oil seal went the way of the knacker's yard, I've needed to replace my clutch. I have an M40 4 speed non overdrive which according to my pitman's book of doom has a hydraulic diaphragm clutch thing. I gave my details to Brandon Auto Parts who sent me a Sachs clutch. According to the manual, a special tool is needed to remove the diaphragm clutch which isn't available to my friend or myself. If I've been given the later cable operated clutch, is it a straight swap? Can the diaphragm clutch be taken out (and possibly destroyed if it has to be removed by force?)
