I went into Vegas demo mode to show a client. When I hit the Vegas button all faders jumped to max and they just sat there grinding away. Also, all the LED's were stuck on. So I quickly shut down the speakers and power cycled the C/24. It didn't help. I must of power cycled about six or seven times with no result. I finally resorted to a couple of "technical taps" to the right of the utility button. After about the forth tap the C/24 righted itself. STRANGE??? I talked to tech support. They mentioned that power supply issues can cause the faders to jump to max and stick. However all the LED's sticking on is something new. Anybody else have any similar problems?

New power supply has fixed my issues. Thnx to Digi for a speedy resolution - actually fixed in one day. Just wanted to spread the kudos

My Control24 freaked out too. i bought one of the 1st ones here in ny, worked great for a year and a half, then power supply crapped out. DIGI was extremely cool about this! since i had an early unit with the paint problems too, digi overnighted me a new console! incredibly cool and pro- no hassles! great support for this particular product. What really did it was i called the Digi ProAccess line (yes it's pricey, but the most it will cost is $30 and i was talking to a tech in less than a minute) and explained my situation. he was very helpful. i had a new unit the next morning- wow! good luck, pramrod sexena
