Hi, Have you "compacted them" to mp3 format? If so I think you are on a lost cause.. Or have you over-burnt the CD? That will also upset many players.. Des. . . ;)

The CD's i have already play on a REALLY old Sony changer. I just copied the tracks from CD's and burnt them straight to the CD using Windows i think. Not sure what format but probably Mp3. :mumbles:

Hi, I wouldn't use windows to burn CD's. :) It could be the CD is still in an open session depending on how windows has dealt with the process of copying the tracks.. Does the CD list files when in your PC as mp3 or wmf/wma when you explore the CD..? Des. . . ;)

Think it's the head unit he means that won't play CD-R's My 901 won't play CD-R's, didn't think it was because of windows though, have to try using Roxio and see. It has enough trouble playing the originals LOL Thats why I got the changer, cause I didn't think any volvo units play CD-R's ( latest excepted)

Hi, Well the CD player in my unit in the V90 plays burnt CD's no problem.. It may be as B&Q says that there is copy protection on the cd and the player doesn't like that - not because it is a burnt CD.. Des. . . ;)

Tried it with roxio and still wont play, probably cause it's the 3cd cartridge type, they are even choosy over the colours of the originals. Anyone managed to play CD-R's in one of these?
