I've been having this issue for awhile now and finally decided to post. Many times after I record media, from a zoomed out perspective the media item appears to be aligned with the vertical lines from the timeline above (1). But when I zoom in as close as possible, there is a slight misalignment - some of the media is offset to the left or right by a very small amount (2). I haven't been able to figure out any rhyme or reason to this. I understand that it's such a small offset that it wouldn't be noticeable to the human ear, but it's a maintenance issue and can make aligning media items a bit more disorderly. I've attached images of the issue below. Any help or insight would be great! Thanks, Kris

How were the items created? Punching? Glued? Rendered?

Thanks for the response. Record mode was set to normal. Nothing was punched in or glued together. Just bass recorded directly into Reaper with no alterations.
