I have an Athlon 2200+ that I need to cool down further. I used a Volcano 7 but found it too loud. Any suggestions. Thanks!

Watercooling is the real answer if you need quiet and cool. The only downside is the price. I think they are a few hundred dollars but from what ive heard they are fantastic. A cheaper and slightly less effective alternative might be the ATC series Aluminum cases. Hope this helps.

Check out this cooler survey at Tom's Hardware. I have the Taisol heatsink. It seems to work pretty well - keeps temp around 45 degrees C.
