1) There no dedicated bg images available for FX params 2) MCP_fxlist_bg.png is used in the MCP for fx and for fx params 3) MCP_fxlist_bg.png is used in the TCP (!?) for fx knobs, no dedicated images 4) The general use of MCP_fxlist_bg.png as a separator bar is totally useless in the TCP: .. but we can't hide it due to 2)

bump again! I agree, this oddity is making the tcp in a theme I'm messing with look really messy.
