dvdwannabee make sure u have the correct vts.ifo because u say REECYCUP - I opened VTS_01.0.IFO my dvd movie files are on #5 r1 version i checked ifoedit .9 .94 .95 they all have angle button working just make sure your on correct ifo
yes i think so... there is an option that says something like keep only angle: it's the last one. i think it's bellow the split to 2 DVD's checkbox. but if it doesn't allow you to change that is because there is only one angle.
REECYCUP - all I have is the IfoEdit generated IFOs. I always trash the ones that DvdDecrypter generates as I don't want the menus. Are you saying that I need the original IFOs from Sixth Sense to be able to do the angle magic?
if u already ran them through ifoedit maybee thats why angle is grayed out i only tried with the original vts_05_ thier should have been an option the first time i always check that first.after running into multi angles
REECYCUP - bummer. Glad I generally burn to +RW first while I'm learning the ropes. When hd costs go down a bit more, I'll probably never burn - just play them on MyHD HDTV card from hard drive. BTW - what is your preferred technique to burn a DVD with no menus and only preferred audio? I always like to learn from someone who knows more than I do.
i'm just learning myself first i load the movie vts.ifo in ifo (right from dvd, they are not decrypted)that way i know how to decrypt the dvd. i use ifoedit to cut all but 6channel and video if its small enough burn (after putting it in a VIDEO_TS folder and doing get vts sectors(its a bummer when u forget this and burn the dvd! if its to big run it through cce tried everything else bad luck on myend i find most of my help from reading others post thier problems i only have issues with interlaced movies i dont understand them enough to get rid of the interlace probs i will then be off to learn multi pgc movies dont have senarist yet but soon will hope i helped some!
REECYCUP - I've found that if it is too large to fit on 1 DVD, I'll just take out the extra VOBs that won't fit and use IFO Edit to create IFOs again, burn DVD1. Then, I use VobEdit to join the remainders from perhaps 2 DVDs into 1. IfoEdit that to get IFOs (closing, and then GetVtsSectors of course) - and burn that. Easy to mark pos in ink on DVD where DVD #2 begins. Don't think can mix 2nd DVDs if one is DTS and other is not, but I've had few problems so far. Multi-angle is something I'll check for from now on - to avoid interlacing problems like with Sixth Sense.
